There was a problem booking as the service was cancelled that was booked alongside the Mot, as BMW said it didn't need a service.and then I got a message to say the car needed a service. The car was then returned to me with a missing wingmirror glass

The visual health check missed the brakes and any details of when they needed to be changed. Also the splash shield had clearly been hanging off and there was no mention of this during the check. I showed my service advisor and I'm still waiting.

Because when I was at the BMW when my car was called in I was able to sit down and wait for my vehicle instead of being out in the cold and walking around waiting for my car receptionist said we can sit at the reception area that's why I gave 5
